Project Location: Southwest of the intersection of West College Avenue and Prairie Creek Drive immediately south of the existing J.M. Caldwell, Sr. Community Park

 

Project Description: 

In addition to the improvements proposed for the existing J.M. Caldwell, Sr. Community Park, the city plans to expand the park amenities south of West College Avenue as well. This new park would encompass approximately 10 acres of additional park and recreation facilities. The proposed park would consist of a surface parking lot, three multi-use fields, and new restroom facilities. Additionally, the park would include trail facilities with a pedestrian bridge connection that would link the park to the Forest Park subdivision.
