Project Description:
The City of Princeton is proposing to construct an 8,400 square foot Parks & Recreation Department Office and Maintenance Building in J.M. Caldwell, Sr. Community Park. This new City facility will provide much needed office, warehouse, and shop space with outdoor storage for both the Parks & Recreation and Community Events staff. The new building will provide Princeton’s Parks & Recreation staff with much needed indoor and outdoor maintenance and storage facilities to better serve the City’s parks, trails, and other amenities. Utilities are already in place to serve the proposed building. The estimated cost of $4 million dollars would fund the design and construction of this proposed facility.
